Done in JG77 Black 6 Afrika Desert scheme.  See description for details...

Bf 109G-2/Trop 'Black 6' of JG77.

JG77 was the original unit of Black 6 during WWII.  Black 6 was captured by British forces in North Africa and returned to Great Britain.  After many years, Black 6 was restored to flying condition.  In 1997, Black 6 had an engine failure in flight and crashed.  Black 6 was restored to flying condition, but there are no plans to ever fly her again.  Black 6 is now on static display at the RAF Museum in Hendon.
