Few pilots are known across the world more renown than Capt. Pete Mitchell. ‘Maverick’
After his legendary and heroic service in the Med some years ago, his request to join the faculty at ‘Top Gun’ was quickly granted. His teaching style is both highly dedicated and unique, so much so that other branches of service have invited him to help train their pilots. Maverick has been gifted to the NTTR for a week of intense air combat exercises in coordination of USAF and USN assets.
