Realism is a pre-set I have made for Reshade to make it looks as real as possible. run your gama from 1.8 - 2.2 its personal preference and feel free to edit it to how you like it mine is just a base.
Install into your bin folder or bin-mt now if using multithreading and make sure it says Realism by Macca at the top of the reshade menu.

If you are not seeing "Realism by Macca" in the top bar then click on the blue bar next to the arrows on the reshade menu and make sure that your reshade is reading the correct folder, I had reshade before MT so it was reading from the Bin folder instead of the Bin-mt as long as this is se t correctly you should see the file name :)
