Extract the downloaded "README" zip file.
Download the "416th_Flight_Test_Squadron_ED.zip" file fr om MEGA linked in the PDF. (Download is on MEGA due to 300Mb file size lim it on the User Files)
Do not unzip or extract the downloaded "416th_Flight_Test_Squadron_ED" zip file!
Simply copy and paste the downloaded "416th_Flight_Test_Squadron_ED" zip file into:
Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\CoreMods\aircraft\F-16C\Liveries\F-16C_50
