A personal fix for a problem that was bothering us for too long!

Adjusts the ammunition for the Sabre's .50s to match load data I found here:
https://inetres.com/gp/military/infantry/mg/50_ammo.html

Also implements the incendiary effect on the APIT rounds for added effect on target
