New roughmet addon for Ka-50 BS2 module
I have updated the mod with more details + the whole 3D model should now have ability to reflect light more realisticly (Vanilla doesn't have any specular or roughmet files at all). You no longer need Nambo's mod for this to work. Just download this file and folow these steps:
-Backup your Ka-50_general.zip folder in CoreMods/aircraft/Ka-50/textures
-Add all the .dds files from my Roughmet folder to the ka-50_general.zip folder (Repeat after every update or repair)
-There is a modified ED US Army skin as an example (USA folder), it will be called "USA" in the game (the skin was darkened a bit, because using roughmet files makes it brighter)
-There are optional, less shiny files in USA_V2 folder if this version is too much for you.
-For other skins (vanilla located in: Bazar/Liveries/ka-50) add both of my roughmet files to the skin folder and add extra lines to the description.lua (use USA skin description.lua as an example), don't forget to change the name of the skin in the .lua
-Put the modded skin in DCS.openbeta Liveries folder
