This is a complete remake of the USAF Thunderbird paints, included in this pack are Thunderbird 1-8, as well as 2 spares. For the 2020 paints and/or the Operation America Strong paints you can still download them here:

Installation: Files either go here: "C:\Users\*Your Username*\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Liveries\F-16C_50" or here: "C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World 2.5 OpenBeta\CoreMods\aircraft\F-16C\Liveries\F-16C_50" I would suggest placing them in saved games.
If you would like to use this paint for official team use (IE; fly it in a show), please contact Razor (Razor#1289 on discord, or via the email in the readme) for permission, otherwise feel free to fly it in any public servers or missions.
Finally; Yes the 5 is upside down; that is the way it is on the real jet. Enjoy
