The kneeboard is delivered in a zip file containing both png's and a pdf-file of it all.
These are manouvers from the unclassified Korean F-16C manual from 2005, from the chapter 3.13 "Aircraft Handling Exercises and Maneuvers". If you want to flesh out the info on the maneuvers, obviously read up on chapter 3.13 in the manual. Which can be found by a quick google search or for example here:
