Replaces the main menu music for F/A-18C with Mötley Crüe's Kickstart My Heart

As requested, I present Kickstart My Heart for the F/A-18C.
This version of my F/A-18 menu replacers uses a different, more aggressive-sounding F/A-18 flyby to better fit the soundtrack.
I'm not exactly happy with the result, the reason I've put this one off for so long is that I've trying to mesh the flyby with the song's intro in a way that sounds good. To me, this one's a massive 'meh' so I will most likely re-do it at some point. However, for now here's the version I think is passable enough to post.
JSGME compatible. Should you wish to install manually simply place the 'Mods' folder directly into your DCS directory (C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World or C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World 2 OpenAlpha/Beta by default) and overwrite when necessary. Remember to make a backup in case you want to keep the original music!
