Two Spitfire IX skins in the colours of a Supermarine Seafire Mk III used by the Irish Air Corps. Those particular planes were assigned to N° 1 Fighter Squadron, Gormanston, 1947.

Temperate Sea scheme with white ID markings on wings and tail section. Original nationality markings painted over and replaced with SEAC roundels.<br />

Seafire LF Mk.III NF547, coded 2D, of No. 885 Squadron, RNAS Lee-On-Solent, UK, as it appeared during June, 1944. Finished in Day Fighter scheme with special ID markings. Replacement tail section painted in Interior Grey Green with fin flash applied.
