This is a checklist far from the real one, but that will get you flying quick and safely. (update 1.1 minor correction)

An I-16 'Ishak' (Donkey) or 'Rata' (Rat) in a pre-finished state with only the flight surfaces covered with linen. The fuselage is in it's pre-linen covered state of a coat of phenol-formaldehyde resin, this giving the normally light wood an orange-brown appearance.
