This is a purely fictional skin. VF-103 75th Anniversary edition, a sort of "What if" the Jolly Rogers never went on to be part of the Super Hornet fleet and hit the anniversary mark while still flying the Tomcat.
Note while this is based on the F/A-18F CAG flown by VFA-103, it would have cut off at the Tomcat had they stayed
