Just as you're about to take off for a routine patrol... your day gets busy!  Havoc has broken loose and our Allies have called for assistance.....

The Iranian Revolutionary Guard is closing in on British oil tanker in the Straight of Hormuz. A half dozen Iranian speedboats are heading to the location just after the tanker's escort ship took a hit from either a mine or a torpedo. Details are unfolding as you're briefed real time with no warning. All you know now is that we have multiple speed boats closing in on the British oil tanker. Also, unable to defend itself, their escort frigate is smoking and seriously damage. The Prime Minister is asking for help form the U.S. and wants "the gloves off" with no patience this time. If this escalates and shots are fired from the aggressors, the President has ordered a search and destroy for all hostiles involved in the air and on the sea. You're about to make world history because your orders might become "weapons hot, fire at will.

A little while ago base command lost contact with a surveying party. It is believed that they are down and may be in trouble. Hostiles have been known to commit such aggression. The choppers are on the way, but some air support should be available just in case. You need to get out to the search area and provide air support as requested. This is a slow moving easy script for beginners. It's kind of creative with lots of sounds, even some sound clips from a movie. You will need to know how to use CBU-99 clusters and the Maverick AGM-65F. Just follow exactly like your told to do, and if you succeed, the script plays through till your home.
