Due to the recent problems in this part of the country a force of F18s have been stationed temporarily at Kutaisi. Their mission to patrol the area and provide support to friendly ground forces as required.
This morning, as part of this force, you flew your F18C from Kutaisi on a patrol through the mountains which concluded at the Mineralyne Vody air base. It was a quiet patrol with nothing to report however the scenery and weather was epic.
It is now 7.30pm on this beautiful June evening and you are looking forward to your return patrol taking you once again through this wonderful scenery.
Should be another quiet lazy trip back to Kutaisi then?
The mission is fully voiced.
For the return patrol you have been fitted with one external tank and eight Mark 83 bombs. You will need to use your fuel carefully as there is no provision for air to air refuelling currently.
The mission is trigger based and so its important you follow all way points and instructions.
Labels are on (I use reduced dots in VR) but you can switch them off.
There is no need to use radios as all messages are trigger based and voiced.
