Correction 10b
* Combo - Sorry guys and gals, I tried the earlier release and I'm gonna have
to be a little selfish on this one. Updated the sizing ratio to correspond to
16:9, I can't stand having the black borders while I'm using them. Badging
kept as 10, affected files updated to 10b.

Update HOTAS by SOI to latest v7

UPDATE 20201004: Modify layout to allow for larger graphic elements; correct inconsistencies on wording (ie "forward" now "fwd" throughout); some internal layering adjustments to improve editing experience going forward.
CORRECTION 20201004: Oops! Sorry, overlayed the wrong HOTAS by SOI diagramwith the combo view. Affected files named 8b, badging kept as 8. Sorry for confusion!
