DCS Sound Compilation V2

This is the second version of my sound compilation for DCS World.
Stock sound effects in DCS are sometimes rather sterile, so it is primarily aimed at creating better immersion and a more convincing audio environment in DCS World.
This mod is still in the process of balancing, so there may be further changes in the future.

The archive includes improvements to the following sound effects in the sim:
- A-10 & Ka-50 APU, engine and weapons
- weapons and engines for infantry, artillery, tanks, IFV etc.
- engines for fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft
- explosions and missiles
- ambient sounds like thunder and rain

Changes/improvements to V1:
AAA: Tunguska, Gepard
IFV: MCV-80, M2, BMP-3
GMG: Mk19, AGS-17
misc.: Plane Cannon (AH-64 etc.), L94A1 (Warrior, Challenger II)

NOTE: This contains some work of other people that has been mixed in or adopted "as is", because I thought these sounds were already spot on and do not really need to be improved.
